I am Laxmi Prasad, originally from Visakhapatnam and currently based in Hyderabad. I am an actor, theatre artist, acting trainer, short filmmaker, storyteller, and writer with a deep passion for human emotions and meaningful narratives. My journey began on the stage, where theatre taught me the power of performance, observation, and connecting with people. Over the years, I have worked across acting, drama, short films, and creative storytelling, constantly exploring different ways to bring stories to life. Whether I am performing, directing, teaching acting, or writing short stories and screenplays, my focus remains the same—to create honest, relatable, and emotionally engaging experiences. Beyond cinema and theatre, I am also a professional visual artist and painter. Painting is not just a skill for me; it is another language through which I express ideas, emotions, and imagination. I believe every form of art is connected, and my work as a painter continues to inspire and enrich my storytelling as a filmmaker and performer.
